College Scholarship Program
Established in 2005, Hawaii Self Storage annually awards twelve, $4000 financial scholarships to high school students in our community. This program was designed to invest in our communities future leaders, by helping and supporting them financially to achieve their education goals.

Application and Qualifications
1.Graduating Senior from:
 
Aiea Pearl City Waipahu Mililani  Leilehua Kapolei
Radford Moanalua Farrington Kaimuki McKinley Kalani
    
   
 
2. Submit a completed Student Scholarship Application and written essay.

Application and essay deadline to college counselor: February 12th.

Applications and essays are reviewed and selected by the students' college counselor and Hawaii Self Storage team members. Scholarships are awarded based on content and effort of the written essay Winners will be notified by mail or phone before April 16th.

Terms
Scholarships are distributed $1000 per year and is renewable up to 4 years based eligibility (see below). Checks are made payable to the student's college or university and are mailed to the students Hawaii address.
  • First year scholarship recipients must provide proof of enrollment or letter of acceptance. Deadline: July 16th.
Renewing Process
  • Students must maintain an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.0 to renew scholarship each year. If student does not qualify one year, they are still eligible the following year.
  • Official Transcripts must be submitted to Hawaii Self Storage by: July 16th.
